Clinical Nurse Specialist - Infection Prevention and Control , Canterbury DHB.

Ruth is Chairperson of the College of Infection Prevention & Control Nurses, NZ Nurses Organisation (IPCNC) as well as Adjunct Lecturer at Griffiths University in Brisbane. She initially qualified in the UK and then did specialist infection control training in both New Zealand and Australia. Ruth has worked for many years in various infection control roles throughout New Zealand and is involved in many groups at a national level.
