This publication summarises a webinar held on Thursday 21st November 2024. The symposium featured presentations from Louise Talbot, a registered pharmacist and authorised vaccinator, Dr Natalie Gauld, a pharmacist, lecturer and researcher, and Natalie Davis, Healthcare Partnerships Manager at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). The webinar was organised and funded by GSK.

Here, we summarise the many elements that can help shift the needle to engage customers in their immunisation journey.
